- a third of a tin of chickpeas, drained and dried
- a pinch of paprika
- a pinch of ground cumin
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
Method
- 1Heat the oven to 200C (180C fan).
- 2Pat the chickpeas very dry and toss with the oil and spices.
- 3Roast on a tray for 20 to 25 minutes, shaking halfway, until crisp.
