Refunds for Digital Products

Our rule

Every digital product sold on My Meal Science is non-refundable once access has been given. This includes recipe books, guides, meal plans and personalised plans. A digital download can be copied and saved as soon as it is opened, so it cannot be returned.

Your legal rights

This rule does not affect the rights you have by law. If a digital product is faulty, or is not as described when you buy it, we will fix it, replace it, or refund you, as the law requires. A faulty product includes a file that will not open, a plan that does not generate, or content that is materially different from what was described.

How to ask for help

Email hello@mymealscience.com with the email address you used to buy, the product name, and what went wrong. We will reply and tell you what we will do.

Payments

Payments are taken by Stripe. Your bank or card provider may have its own dispute process, but we ask that you contact us first so we can fix the problem.
