Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- a small handful of frozen spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry
- a little finely chopped onion
- a little grated cheddar
Method
- 1Heat the oven to 190C (170C fan) and grease a muffin tin.
- 2Beat the eggs and stir in the spinach, onion and cheese.
- 3Pour into 3 or 4 holes and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until set.
