Ingredients
- 80g dry red lentils (200g cooked)
- 2 carrots, chopped
- half an onion, chopped
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 small potato, diced
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
Method
- 1Fry the onion in the oil for 3 minutes, add the curry powder for 30 seconds.
- 2Add the carrot, potato, lentils and 600ml water.
- 3Simmer for 18 minutes until everything is soft.
- 4Blend until smooth, or leave it chunky.
