Ingredients
- 45g porridge oats
- 200ml unsweetened soya milk
- a handful of frozen mixed berries
- 1 tbsp mixed seeds
Method
- 1Stir the oats and soya milk together in a jar.
- 2Top with the frozen berries, which will thaw overnight.
- 3Cover and chill overnight, then add the seeds and eat cold or warmed.
