Ingredients
- 40g porridge oats
- 100g Greek yoghurt
- 100ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1 small apple, grated
- 1 tbsp mixed seeds
Method
- 1Mix the oats, yoghurt and milk in a jar or container.
- 2Grate in the apple, skin and all, and stir.
- 3Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
- 4Top with the seeds and eat cold or warmed for a minute.
Swaps and tips
- Use plain soya yoghurt and oat milk to make it dairy-free.
- Stir in a pinch of cinnamon for sweetness instead of sugar.
