Ingredients
- 50g porridge oats
- 250ml unsweetened soya milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 heaped tbsp peanut butter
Method
- 1Simmer the oats and soya milk for 6 minutes, stirring.
- 2Slice half the banana into the pan.
- 3Pour into a bowl, top with the rest of the banana and swirl in the peanut butter.
