Ingredients
- 40g porridge oats
- 200ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1 small banana
- 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
Method
- 1Simmer the oats and milk in a pan for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring.
- 2Slice the banana and stir half of it in.
- 3Pour into a bowl, top with the rest of the banana and swirl in the peanut butter.
