Ingredients
- 1 frozen white fish fillet, defrosted
- half a tin of cannellini beans, drained
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- half an onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- a handful of kale, shredded
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
Method
- 1Fry the onion and garlic in the oil for 3 minutes.
- 2Add the tomatoes, beans and 100ml water and simmer for 8 minutes.
- 3Nestle in the fish and kale, cover and cook for 6 minutes until the fish flakes.
Swaps and tips
- Serve with a slice of wholemeal bread to mop up the sauce.
