Ingredients
- 70g dry wholewheat pasta (180g cooked)
- 1 tin tuna in water, drained
- a third of a tin of cannellini beans, drained
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- a small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
Method
- 1Cook the pasta and drain.
- 2Fry the onion and garlic in the oil for 3 minutes, add the tomato and cook for 5 minutes.
- 3Stir in the beans and tuna to warm through.
- 4Toss with the pasta.

- Mackerel works in place of tuna for extra omega-3.
