Ingredients
- 1 frozen white fish fillet (pollock or cod)
- 2 small potatoes, cut into wedges
- a large handful of frozen peas
- 2 tsp rapeseed oil
- a squeeze of lemon
Method
- 1Heat the oven to 210C (190C fan). Toss the potato wedges in half the oil and roast for 15 minutes.
- 2Add the fish to the tray, drizzle with the rest of the oil and bake 10 minutes more until it flakes.
- 3Boil the peas for 3 minutes and drain.
- 4Serve everything with the lemon.
