Ingredients
- 80g lean beef mince
- a quarter of a tin of lentils, drained
- 1 carrot, diced
- half an onion, diced
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 2 medium potatoes
- a splash of semi-skimmed milk
Method
- 1Boil the potatoes for 15 minutes, drain and mash with the milk.
- 2Meanwhile brown the mince with the onion and carrot for 6 minutes.
- 3Add the tomato, lentils and 100ml water and simmer for 8 minutes.
- 4Spoon into an ovenproof dish, top with mash and bake at 200C (180C fan) for 15 minutes.
