Ingredients
- 100g lean beef mince
- a large handful of shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
- half a small onion, sliced
- 150g cooked brown rice
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp rapeseed oil
Method
- 1Brown the mince in half the oil for 5 minutes and set aside.
- 2Stir-fry the onion, cabbage and carrot in the rest of the oil for 4 minutes.
- 3Return the beef, add the soy sauce and toss for 2 minutes.
- 4Serve on the rice.
